TetraMesa Book Trade Information

TetraMesa's premier book product, Privacy Tactics, is available for purchase via lookup in the Ingram database.

Ordering products from TetraMesa online is a simple paperless two-step process. First, verification that you are a book trade or other valid retail reseller, and second, choosing your discount and getting access to a secure online form for ordering.

What discounts are available to trade resellers?

Trade discounts are available to bona fide resellers within the book industry. You must provide verifiable information, (such as SAN number, business address or in the case of non book trade resellers, proof of reseller certification), prior to our providing the trade discount schedule.

Trade discounts are offered via specialized online links which will automatically apply discounts. Such discounts will only be available by special one time use online codes. All orders are CWO, (Cash With Order), unless special invoicing arrangements are made. (Products in saleable condition are returnable within 6 months.) For large orders greater than 50 units, use our Contact form to let us know your needs.

TetraMesa only offers offline and purchase order requests to the book trade. The publisher cannot sell directly to consumers other than via online. Consumers can purchase via the Privacy Tactics web site. Or you can ask for the book at your local retail bookstore. If your bookstore does not have the title in stock, they can order it for you using it's title and author or use the industry standard ISBN number.

Our products are returnable.
If a title is not selling in your store or market, we would like it back before it becomes dated. Our typical return period is between 60 days and 6 months from shipping date.
Returns must be requested prior to your shipping them. We will send you detailed instructions for how to pack and ship back us. Returns must have your original packing slip, including the listing for quantity and any other product details. Such returns will be credited for 100% of the invoice or confirmation price, excepting shipping.
In case of order shortage or non receipt, you must make us aware of this within one month of the shipping date.
Products damaged during shipping are not the publisher's responsibility. Please make a claim with the carrier.

Packages arriving COD will not be accepted.
For refunds to be issued, product must be returned in a resalable condition. If products you intend to ship are not in resalable condition, please do not go to the trouble and expense of shipping them back. Additionally, the products must be properly packaged such that they are not damage in transit.

Package books similarly to how they were sent to you. If you do not have the original shipping materials, use what you will, but make sure to provide means to keep the product clean and unmoving. Placing one or more books stacked in a plastic bag will protect products from other filler material. (Such as dirty newsprint or similar.) To keep products from jostling around, use or cut to size a sturdy shipping carton and then stuff it tightly with appropriate padding. Products packed loosely in shipping containers to large for them are frequently damaged.
